I think that OWNDAYS is very popular in Japan and that the price system is very simple.

It is also a fast pace environment, so I wanted to take this challenge.

In my previous company, it was a very slow pace: I did not serve so many customers.

On the other hand, OWNDAYS is at a very fast pace: we have a lot of customers. I try to improve myself to serve more customers.

It is said that in OWNDAYS you need double speed to serve a lot of customers. I can learn a lot of things.

I joined OWNDAYS in September last year.

After three months, I became the Assistant Store Manager of Plaza Singapura outlet.

Another three months later, I became a Store Manager. OWNDAYS have given me a lot of chance to learn a lot of things and also given me courage and chance to improve myself.

The key is teamwork: without it, we cannot reach our goal to be a successful store chain in optical industry in Singapore.

In April this year, the company offered some of us a chance of going for a one-week trip to Japan.

That was my first time, such a long trip, to Japan.It was very enjoyable.

I was able to get to know what Japan culture is like. It is totally different from Singapore. I hope that I can go to Japan once again next year.

I believe that OWNAYS can be a successful optical store chain in Singapore.

OWNDAYS’ success will also be reflected into the success of each of us.
