My job is in the front line where to serve customer.

I think the most important thing for being sales is to listen to what customer needs. We figure any problems out from the customer and provide some advises or help customer to choose right frame.

In OWNDAYS, we have a sales trainer and optician trainer who teach us a lot of things. We can improve our knowledge and then we can serve customer better. In near future, I want to try to be a shop manager after I finish courses for optician.

OWNDAYS is just like a family because they are very helpful and we are the team.

All of the colleagues are very helpful. It is very different from my previous company. When I do something, there are others to correct to help you. We are very help each other. That’s my biggest motivation.
