The reason why I joined OWNDAYS was because I wanted to acquire more skills and develop my career in a growing company. I could see OWNDAYS as a challenging environment with many opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills.

I have learned a lot in OWNDAYS, for example, how to do edging, how to serve customers and also management skills. My target is to help my team achieve higher level of success by always encouraging them and passing on positive messages. I also share information with them so we can all learn together and improve together. Being a manager, I have the opportunity to develop my management skills and I believe this will bring me to greater heights.

As a working mother, I have to manage my time between work and family. I’m very lucky to have a kind mother-in-law who helps me take care of my kid. Currently, my kid is not staying with me but thanks to the sophisticated technology we have today, I’m able to see my kid regular through video calls.

I hope I can make OWNDAYS the top optical shop in Singapore and the world. I am proud to be one of the OWNDAYS employees, growing together with OWNDAYS.
