Before I joined the company, I have already known many people who were working in OWNDAYS. I heard that OWNDAYS is a very exciting place to work in. The concept of OWNDAYS is totally different from the other local optical shops. I decided to give it a try as a change for myself and my career.

To me, OWNDAYS stands for wonderful days because of these two elements – teamwork and customer service. I’m very thankful to my seniors in the company who are always there to guide us and teach us the ways of providing good customer service. With good customer service, customers feel more comfortable with us and are more satisfied with the shopping experience in OWNDAYS. This allows us to retain customer loyalty too. Of course, teamwork is important as it raises the overall quality of our service. We work hard together as a team to achieve our monthly target and I really enjoy this process.

In OWNDAYS, we have a very amazing system called the General Election. It is a transparent, flexible system where we get to choose our store leaders through election and voting. I think this is an awesome challenge for a person’s career. You could be the Shop Manager in OWNDAYS so long you step forward and challenge yourself to it.
