I join OWNDAYS because there is opportunity to grow and to be a better myself in this optical treatment. I actually feel that it is even better than expected before. We have a lot of opportunities to improve their skills at shop as an optician and sales. And also, to grow as a team.

We are on the service line and our goal is to provide good customer service and to meet the needs of customers. This is also my personal daily goals.

Every day, I come to work, seeing people who has a same goal as me. Every morning, they always make me smile. That’s why I feel really uplifting to be around the people who has same goal. And the shop manager is more in touch with colleagues here too. They are actually involved with us even if there is small matters. They are still try to solve and help us. I think that’s also the differences between OWNDAYS and other optical shop.
