OWNDAYS is a leading company in the global optical trade. The company has established a new era and a whole new concept in Singapore. It is providing excellent service to customers and it has become a key player in the market right now.

I really value the many friendships I’ve forged in the company. We spend so much time at work every day. From strangers to colleagues to friends who would go for some drinks together after a tiring day, it’s an amazing journey. This is my ideal work-life balance.

It’s never easy to juggle work and children at the same time. I do feel stressed at times. I have to give my 100% at work while still finding time off to fly back to my hometown to spend quality time with my 2 children.

The ideal work life for everyone is different. We all have different priorities and beliefs. For me, the ideal life is about achieving my goals and enjoying the process of doing so. Working is the key to attaining the ideal life for me. I believe that only if I enjoy my work, I will then be able to attract people to join my team.

I am currently Shop Manager of OWNDAYS ION Orchard. I am happy and enjoy working together with my staff. I hope to achieve more in the coming years and to motivate others to join me in OWNDAYS.
