I got to know about OWNDAYS because I saw many OWNDAYS shops around Singapore. I remember walking past the OWNDAYS shop in 313@somerset and all the staff echoed “Welcome to OWNDAYS” whenever customers walked into the shop. This left a big impression on me. It was a combination of high customer service quality, friendly staff and a transparent, fun working environment that motivated me to join OWNDAYS.

Being a sales staff, we are like the front line of the company and we are usually the first to interact with customers. It is important for us to provide the best service in order to leave a good impression on the customers. It is always heart-warming and a great joy to see customers’ smiles and satisfaction when they put on their new OWNDAYS glasses.

I think OWNDAYS is different from other companies because there are comprehensive trainings for all the staff. Being new in this industry, it was really helpful because I gained optical knowledge through the trainings and it has helped me to serve customers with confidence.
