I chose to join OWNDAYS because I would like to challenge myself in a different working environment and a different working culture. Before I joined the company, I had heard that OWNDAYS actually provides equal opportunities to all the employees. This was the key factor that got me to join OWNDAYS. So far, I have enjoyed working in OWNDAYS and I have come to learn that everyone in OWNDAYS treats each other like a family member. We help each other to solve different kinds of problems we may face.

The main difference between working in OWNDAYS and other optical stores is the fast pace of working in OWNDAYS. We have to do everything very quickly so that customers can get their glasses as soon as possible. The most important thing for me as an optometrist is to be able to provide my customers with the best professional opinions about their vision so they could take care of their eyes and protect their eyes from harm. I hope that I can improve my skills on customer service so that I can offer my customers the most professional advice while giving them the best service when they walk into our store.
