After I joined OWNDAYS, I feel that all colleagues are like family. This make me feel happy and I’m very lucky to have a bunch of very friendly colleagues. We work as a team. This is what very different as my previous working experience.

What I do in OWNDAYS is to have the customers to choose the suitable frames and sunglasses according to their needs. I quite enjoy my jobs because I feel very happy and satisfy when they say “thank you for choosing grate glasses.

For my career, I’ll try my best to get the optician course first. Then I go step by step to move on higher position if possible.

If you always stand at same position then you cannot have different things. You have to stand different positon to have a different thinking. And you can get more experience and knowledge in different position.

In OWNDAYS, I think the most motivated thing is offering quite a lot of great opportunity to the sales stuffs. Even if you are not optician, you still can be in higher position like sales leader or sales trainer. They provide training for us. It’s a great motivation for the sales stuffs to work harder actually. This is one of the big motivation.
