Before joining OWNDAYS, I was in the retail industry for 5 to 7 years. I found out about OWNDAYS through the company website and I decided to join OWNDAYS because it is a Japanese company. I understand that it is the Japanese culture for people to work like a family and I would like to work in such kind of corporate culture.

My current job scope, as a retail staff in Jurong Point, is to serve customers and get to know what their needs are. Being able to motivate other sales staff and to guide and teach new joiners give me a huge sense of satisfaction. I think it is important to unite everybody in the shop so that we can work as a team and as a family towards achieving the company’s goals.

OWNDAYS is like a big family to me. We always help each other at work and everyone is willing to share his experience and knowledge with others. In OWNDAYS, we share a common goal and we work hand in hand to achieve the goal.
