Global Optician Trainer
The happiest moment is when they excel
As a global optician trainer, my main priority is to oversee the trainer teams consisting of overseas trainers, optician trainers and sales trainers. My role is to teach and guide them to ensure that they could conduct proper training to the rest of the staff. I also go to the shops to check the training results by assessing the staff’s performance. This way I can see if my training works for them and give them suitable guidance along the way.
When all the staff achieve good results, I feel very proud of them.
Sharing and knowing each other
The difference between OWNDAYS and other companies is the culture. People in higher positions usually don’t talk to the ground staff, but in OWNDAYS, the top management are open to talk and share their ideas. They are willing to accept staff’s ideas, comments and feedback. This is very different from others. Also, other optical shops don’t usually provide training. That’s why I’m very proud to become the first optician trainer in Singapore and overseas.
Aiming to be the No.1
I wish that OWNDAYS would become the No.1 optical shop not only in terms of the products, but also in our service and knowledge. We are always willing to share with you, whether you are experienced or not. Please join OWNDAYS!
