Currently, I’m an optician trainer in OWNDAYS. My job is planning training programmes and also conducting trainings. We train staff about OWNDAYS Standard, dispensing, refraction and so on. Sometimes I work in the shop with colleagues too. OWNDAYS gives me a chance to share my experience and knowledge with all the opticians, especially the newly graduated opticians who lack experience. When they show improvement and are finally confident after my training, I feel very happy. This is a great motivation to me.
