I joined OWNDAYS because I enjoy serving customers. I love interacting with people. I want to make every customer I serve beautiful and happy every day.

I studied customer relationship management previously but I had never done actual customer service before. What I had used was only the theories behind. After joining OWNDAYS, I’m able to put my knowledge to practice as I have many opportunities to interact with customers. This is a significant difference between the past and the present for me. By attending to customers’ needs and wants, we can make them more beautiful and happier. This, in turn, makes me more confident and is why I always take pride in my job.

Teamwork and communication are the most important keys to success at the shops. Without them, operations will not be as smooth and efficient. With good communication between the team members both at work and outside work, I’m able to get to know them better and to create stronger bonds with them. We strive for the best as a team and not as an individual.
