In-house system available to employees with children up to the 3rd month of the 3rd year at elementary school. Short-hours employees work 18 days per month, 6 hours per day (with 45 minutes break), and there is no overtime.

System for company to support employees who are taking care of children or nursing family members to balance work and family life, in accordance with the Child Care and Family Care Leave Law prescribed by the Ministry of Health, welfare and Labor.
