In OWNDAYS, all Area Manager and Shop Manager positions are appointed based on company-wide elections. Every employee is eligible to run for these elections regardless of the experiences or the length of service in the company. What the employee needs is the passion to lead and grow with OWNDAYS.

OWNDAYS provides employees with opportunities to take on different responsibilities based on their capabilities and aspirations.

Employees can talk to the top management directly should they wish to transfer to a different department.

    What does Internal Rotation System mean to me?

    To be part of the company’s growth was the reason why I applied for the administration position.

OWNDAYS Grade is a grading system for opticians in the company. Opticians who pass the grading exam will be entitled to a monthly bonus.

There are two grades in the system. The employee will have to first pass the dispensing exam before proceeding on to the refraction exam.

Those who pass the dispensing exam will be given a bronze badge, while those who pass the refraction exam will be given a silver badge.

Any employee who takes up opticianry study outside work will receive a 50% subsidy on the course fees. Upon completing the study, the employee will be bonded to the company for one year.
